This week, we were allowed to chat with Rachelle via Google Hangouts. We learned that after the flood, they were given a new apartment that is right across the street from the border between Mexico and the U.S. Sister Clarke LOVES her new companion, Sister Hale, and she is really enjoying training, even though she says it is a big responsibility. Below are a few highlights from this week's chat. You can scroll through them to read more.

What is so great about her?
We have seen a lot of miracles this week!
Oh good.
What miracles?
The first ground rule I laid down was, If either of us has a thought, "Should we do this.....?" the answer is always YES.
And we did that this week
and saw amazing miracles!!!!
So good!
Like we just stopped going places and backtracked
and just were kind of sporadic because of it haha
But we were led to some amazing people!
yes!
Tell us about some of them.
Because if she starts following every thought she gets, she will very quickly learn which are from the spirit and which ones aren't.
That is very wise.
Good.
I never wanted my mija to feel guilty for suggesting a change in direction or course because she got a prompting of the Spirit.
Anyway.
Tell us about some.
So ground rule: the answer is always yes! and there is no fear to suggest different plans or different ways of doing things or of jumping in and changing a lesson.
I told her I expected her to recieve revelation for this area, just as much as I did.
Good.
Because I know she is a steward over this area too.
So,
that's been great.

We were visiting a recent convert and were about to go home, and then I just saw a light on upstairs in a different apartment and I started walking towards it
and I knew we were supposed to go there.
Go toward he light!
So we were going to knock an apartment
so she followed me and right as we walked up the stairs a lady just walked out of her apartment, we talked with her and she asked up to come and say a prayer with her.
She invited us in and we taught an awesome lesson in Spanish!
and that lady is literally so prepared!
She said she has been looking for a different job on Sundays because she wants to go to church
Wow!
And she needed someone to pray for her because her son was in trouble
And that she knew that she didn't have that much faith but she knew that she needed to change it and wanted to change that and grow her faith.
We told her well, that's our purpose! haha
And she said "I know, I know you are going to change something in me."
it was SO COOL
And Sis Hale got to totally bear her testimony in Spanish and help teach in Spanish and pray in Spanish!
So great!
But this week was literally full of experiences like that.
Sister Hale is always just like "Woah! Hermana! I can't believe that just happened!"
Like every day haha
Awesome!
And so I am really happy that she is learning, first and foremost, how to follow and recognize the Spirit and then show God He can trust you by following it and writing things down.
Sister Hale is super sweet!
How is that sweet mother of the two girls?
The one who came to stake conference and wore your dress?
She has a BD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and wants her other daughter to be baptized!
Yay!!! What is her name? We will pray for her.

and she needs your prayers.

She is so cool....
before, she was super not down.
but then
she started seeing the change in her girls
and we started helping her connect with God,
because her oldest daughter ran away
and it was SO HARD for her.
and we came and visited her one night
and she prayed for the first time in years
and is starting to recognize the Holy Ghost.
and God has been answering her prayers with miracles
Oh. So sweet.
so now
she looks forward to church every sunday,
Are the members getting to know her?
And she wants to have the Holy Ghost always,
and she accepted a BD,
and her daughter just came back!
after a month of bein ggone!
and she wants her to be baptized too!
Are you kidding me?
Have you talked about the temple?
When I told her about the temple she started crying
So sweet!
Being able to just stop and saying YES we ARE following that prompting
That's the best feeling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
