Mercedes, Letter 8

¡Buenas Días!

Sooo, this week was pretty good. Not much happened this week. I have learned a lot of things and we are continuing making lots of progress!  We found 10 new investigators this week and have some amazing families we are teaching. Not a ton of stuff happened this week, but I have been studying so much about the power of the Book of Mormon. Words can't express how I feel about that book! I have to restrain myself in lessons because I get too excited about the Book of Mormon! I just wish everyone in the world could read it, and it is the coolest blessing to just have one job: to try and help people read it all day every day! Every time I open its pages I marvel at the doctrine it contains, and how every single word inside it is meant for someone specifically in our day. I know that if we base our lives around the Book of Mormon We will be building our foundation on Christ. What an incredible blessing.

Also, SO PUMPED FOR GENERAL CONFERENCE!!! I can't wait to hear the words of a living prophet of God! I can't wait to use this whole week to tell people that there is a prophet here on the earth today- and that they can hear him speak!

I love you all! Probably the most incredible blessing of missionary work there is is that you finally get to realize how incredible and cool this gospel really is!!! How can it not be true!?
