| Such a blessing to have a best friend for a companion! Sister Drury and Sister Clarke |

| Jorge after his baptismal interview. |
Highlights from the last month:
- Vicious dog bite on the foot from a very big and very sick Pit Bull which resulted in 6 puncture wounds, a few days in a wheelchair, some anxiety from church headquarters, a 750-mile emergency drive to McAllen from an official Church doctor, a dangerous stake-out with the Elders to track down the offending dog, and a couple of worried parents. Good news: no rabies and Rachelle is back on her foot again. Now she has an exciting story to tell after the mission.

- Emergency transfer left Sister Drury and Rachelle a twosome again, so now she is missing her third companion, but she SO loves Sister Drury and is thrilled that they are still together.
 |
| The trio that is no more: Sister Drury, Sister Vasquez, and Sister Clarke |
- Jorge's baptism. Such a sweet man.
 |
| Jorge's baptism. This is his mom and his brother--who baptized Jorge. |
- Working hard. Staying super busy with leadership responsibilities AND trying to work their assigned area as well. Working to be efficient and effective with the time they have and relying on the Lord to magnify their efforts.
 |
| President Torres taught them to make goals with the eye of faith. This is Edinburg's ward mission leader's goal and these sisters have accepted the challenge. |
- Loving her area, her companion, and her Mission President. What a blessing to work with President Torres and his beautiful wife.
 |
| Rachelle is pictured here with Sister Torres, her mission president's wife and Sister Smith, her old companion. Here, Rachelle is helping to take the returning missionaries to the airport. |
- Loving getting to know the senior Sisters in the office as well and promising to take them all out for a night of "real missionary work" -- something the senior sisters are SO looking forward to.
 |
| One of the senior sisters who wants to go out on exchanges with Rachelle. This is Sister Peterson. Everybody says that Rachelle is Sister Peterson's twin. Sister Peterson wrote us a note about how much she loves working with Rachelle. She said that Rachelle is just so kind and friendly and so good to all the other sisters in the mission. <3 <3 <3 |
 |
| Not sure what this is about, but Rachelle does enjoy throwing in a few "interesting" photos here and there and leaving out the explanation. Here's the most recent cryptic photo. |
