Angel, Andrea, and Sarahi's baptism
Hola buenas!
Sorry everyone! I haven't written a weekly for 6 weeks but sister Drury said I had to write one and tell everyone how cool she is. Jajajajaa. So here we are!! I am just kidding. Since the beginning of last transfer, things have been so crazy around here, even p days are packed! We are prepping our presentation for Mission Leadership Council again tomorrow! So that's going to be fun. We are also helping President Torres get ready to go back to Honduras. Taking him to the airport is going to be the saddest moment of my mission.
I cannot wait to see where President Torres goes with his life. He had changed my life forever and I'd never trade anything for the opportunity I have had here to work with him and serve with him.
The mission is a dream everyone! I am starting my last transfer and the last thing I want to do is leave. I love this people so much. They are everything for me. Their kindness, their culture, their language, the love in their heart they have for the Lord, anything I have could never compare. Some pretty incredible things have happened since I last wrote. Jorge was baptized a few weeks ago and he has an incredible conversion story. I don't know if too much of it should be shared here, but we saw firsthand how the Atonement of Christ can change a person working with Jorge. His mom is a member and his brother and they waited so many years for him and so seeing their family become more complete was such a sweet experience
Saturday Angel, Andrea and Sarahi were all baptized! And yesterday they were confirmed! They are a partember family and they are so incredibly special. It has been so incredibly amazing to see the father relive his conversion experience. I wish I had time to tell about all the incredible miracles I have seen but I know that these last weeks will be the BEST of my mission and when I give everything I have and more to the Lord. I love Him and I love being a part of His work.
Love you all!
